About the Role:
This Principal Engineer position is suited to a senior software developer who enjoys leading by example. You’ll spend the majority of your time coding and delivering high-quality solutions, while also providing technical leadership to a cross-functional product pod. You’ll align architecture, delivery, and quality - without the burden of formal people management.

Skills & Experience:

• Expert-level skills in .NET Core, Angular, Azure, and DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of TDD, CI/CD pipelines, and architecture.
• Proven ability to mentor and support a high-performing team.
• Deep experience with SaaS or large-scale web platforms.
• Passion for clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Strong communicator who leads through influence.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
