About the Role: As the QE Manager, you will lead a globally distributed QA team, overseeing manual and automated testing strategies. This role is pivotal in embedding best practices, improving test coverage, and driving a transformation toward automation-first approaches across projects and BAU.
Skills & Experience: - 5+ years in QA/QE, with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in manual testing and automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency with test tools like Jira, Zephyr, or TestRail
- Strong stakeholder collaboration across product and engineering
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities
- Excellent communication skills across distributed teams
