About the Role:As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the project delivery team, managing schedules, resources, and communications to ensure efficient, timely, and within-budget installations of high-power EV chargers across New Zealand.
About You:You are a proactive and adaptable professional, likely bringing experience from a corporate technology
transformation background or from an engineering consulting environment. You are highly skilled in
process improvement, with a strong ability to streamline and enhance project workflows. Organized and detail-oriented, you excel in dynamic environments and can manage multiple tasks with ease. You communicate effectively across diverse teams, adapt well to evolving processes, and contribute independently to complex projects.
Skills & Experience: - Experience in project administration, ideally in construction, energy, or EV infrastructure, but exp working in engineering or IT consulting companies is welcomed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft365, Microsoft Project, and financial tracking.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to improve processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency in project workflows.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with EV charger technology is a plus.
