Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Principal Product Manager to join their dynamic Digital Division. This pivotal role involves leading the cross-functional creation of an outcome-based roadmap for their product portfolio.

You will work closely with their customers to co-design product experiences that best meet their needs and create maximum value.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:
  • Translate the company's vision into a compelling 3–5-year product strategy.
  • Drive organization-wide alignment on customer needs and pain points.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive alignment and value creation.
Operational Delivery:
  • Lead product operations improvements and implement a 12+ month roadmap of validated initiatives.
  • Make prioritization decisions based on thorough analysis.
  • Develop business cases for strategic product investments.
  • Maintain expert-level understanding of competitor products and market positioning.
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with Customers, Team Leads, and UX to define high-level requirements.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships for ongoing discovery and solution design.
  • Communicate research insights and navigate conflicts pragmatically.
