About the Role:
As the Customer Success Manager, you will be at the forefront of expanding Auxo's customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll lead customers from trial and onboarding through ongoing support, helping them maximize the value of Auxo's software. This role involves developing training materials, troubleshooting issues, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. You'll collaborate closely with development and product teams to enhance the product and ensure a seamless customer journey.

Skills & Experience:
  • 2+ years in a SaaS customer success role with proven results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
