About the Role:
As a Senior Developer in the Regulatory Technology (RegTech) team, you'll contribute high-quality code, mentor junior developers, and collaborate across business teams. You'll lead projects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a robust codebase. This role offers a transition from a doer to a leader, with a focus on understanding the business context.

Skills & Experience:
  • Proficient in server-side technologies with strong SQL skills.
  • Experience in Python, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, and AWS is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for good documentation.
  • Enthusiastic about mentoring and sharing knowledge.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Wellington/Auckland.
