The Role:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead their product marketing team of five. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful adoption of feature releases for their current products by leveraging a personalized customer support model alongside best-practice product marketing processes.

The key responsibilities include:
  • Leading the product marketing team to drive feature adoption and user engagement.
  • Collaborating with product leaders to develop compelling value propositions for new products and programs.
  • Crafting and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products and programs.
  • Continuously gathering and analyzing customer feedback to refine messaging and value propositions, enhancing appeal and understanding for their ideal customer profiles.
The Person:

They are looking for a strong people leader with a proven track record in implementing best practices, overseeing diverse work programs, and driving strategic and tactical initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Senior Marketing Skills: Demonstrated experience in running a high-performing marketing team. Proficiency in data-driven and customer-centric marketing approaches.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional ability to engage stakeholders, gather input, secure buy-in, and adapt based on feedback.
