About the Role:
As an Implementation and Key Account Manager, you will be integral in forging and nurturing lasting relationships with enterprise clients. Your role will focus on the seamless integration of our TMS platform, from initial demonstrations to comprehensive deployment and ongoing support.

Skills & Experience:
  • Proven project management and client-facing experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in the software industry, preferably with TMS or ERP systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in direct client onboarding and training.
  • Technical aptitude to collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive work approach.
