Role Summary:
As a Sales Engineer, you will be instrumental in demonstrating the value of their platform to potential clients, helping them understand how their product can address their specific needs and objectives. You will immerse yourself in the intricacies of their software, becoming a true expert and utilizing your expertise to drive sales success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Knowledge: Spearhead your own learning and development of the platform, becoming a subject matter expert and providing valuable product feedback.
  • Sales Support: Assist sales personnel in meetings with prospective clients, conduct customized product demos, and provide timely responses to inquiries.
  • Team Participation: Collaborate with clients to customize their environment within the platform, bringing their unique use cases to life.
  • Partner Support: Utilize tools like Gong and Hubspot to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement in the sales process.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 2+ years' experience in a relevant role at a SaaS business
  • Experience in developing and applying in-depth product knowledge in a sales or customer-facing capacity.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Product Specialist or Sales Engineer.
  • Background in the professional services/consulting industry.
