Company:
This dynamic and innovative software company provides cloud-based solutions. With an ambitious goal of acquiring 20,000 users, the company is expanding its reach and are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead their marketing efforts to drive substantial growth

Purpose: 
As the Head of Marketing, you will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with their growth objectives. This role involves overseeing all aspects of marketing, from product positioning to demand generation and digital strategies.

Accountabilities:
  • Developing and implementing a holistic marketing strategy to support user growth and market expansion.
  • Providing leadership and mentoring to the revenue team, fostering high performance.
  • Overseeing product marketing for clear messaging and positioning.
  • Driving brand awareness and establishing the company as an industry leader.
  • Managing website content and digital initiatives for lead generation.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Regularly reporting on marketing metrics and adjusting strategies for ROI optimization.
  • Staying updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Technical Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in SaaS and/or Accounting Software industries.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to deliver on time and within budget.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
