- Hands-On Coding (50%): Develop cutting-edge apps using React, React Native, AWS, Python, and Fast API.
- Architecture and Design (25%): Lead scalable, high-performance app design.
- Engineering Management (25%): Foster innovation, mentor the team, and optimise workflows.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a top-tier engineering team in line with company goals.
- Tech Advancement: Stay updated on AI and emerging tech to enhance our stack.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to exceed customer expectations.
About You: - Deep experience in React and Serverless architectures.
- Familiarity with React Native, AWS, Python, and Serverless is a plus.
