THE ROLE

The Senior Data Insights Analyst will be working with the squad and business to understand the outcomes and business requirements and then working with the squad to deliver the outcomes in an agile environment. The role is a hybrid of delivering data analytic insights and understanding the business the outcomes to refine stories and ensure the backlog is being managed as part of the squad. You will be a champion at telling the story behind data and conveying valuable business insights for actioning across the company's offerings. 

ABOUT YOU

You will have:
  • High level of verbal and written communication.
  • Be able to tell stories and present on insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical and reporting skills using Tableau, Tableau Server and SQL Server, Power BI, etc.
  • Healthcare /clinical data experience and understanding data privacy landscape is desirable 
  • Ability to identify trends and analyse information.
  • Ability to story tell with data and bring stakeholders on the journey is critical.
  • Great presentations skills
