About the role

As the Professional Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and leading a team of Professional Services consultants, focused on delivering end-to-end customer implementation from sign-up to fully installed and processing. The role will work as part of the services leadership team to maximise resource utilisation to best effect and drive productive workflows across the wider services team, helping new clients realise fast time-to-value from their investment in our client's company as efficiently as possible. 

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • At least 2 years’ experience managing and leading a team in a customer service / operational environment.
  • Proven people leadership experience– ability and experience in building an effective team, utilising effective situational leadership, performance management, coaching and people development practices.
  • Experience in leading and managing change, specifically in process re-engineering desirable.
  • Experience and skill with complex problem solving. Understanding and evaluating information and systems. Strong analytical and numerical capability.
  • Well-developed oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to frequently interact and network with a variety of stakeholders and team members. Proven communication, influencing, negotiation, interpersonal and report writing skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer services software, databases and CRM systems & advanced knowledge and skill with MS Office Applications and various operating software.
  • Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline.
