About the Company:

This high-growth B2B2C SaaS company have developed a platform to create, customise, and manage beautiful mobile and TV apps over the last 3 years. 

They have some of the biggest names in their industry using the platform where they deliver feature-rich apps to hundreds of thousands of users.

They have a complex product with complicated problems to solve so there's room to improve without much red tape holding you back.

About the Role:

In this role, you'll work in partnership with the Product Manager and engineering to define the design direction and vision for their products while championing the design system to create consistent products, and developing standards and guidelines.

The bulk of your time will be spent working on your craft with a lot of autonomy. You'll have a junior designer that you'll lead from a technical perspective as well.

You’ll be a person who advocates design thinking and the latest design practices, has an eye for clean and modern design, with a passion for creating beautiful, intuitive experiences that make measurable differences to business objectives.

Skills & Experience:
  • Experience setting up and maturing the design process 
  • Experience with discovery and prototyping
  • Strong portfolio of projects that demonstrates design outcomes contributing to user experience and business value
