About the Role:
In this role you will be the face of ICT within the organisation. You will be working alongside a friendly and helpful ICT team and our service providers to ensure all of our systems and applications are operating optimally, and our staff are enabled by the services we provide.
Skills & Experience:
Most importantly, you will be friendly, and approachable and have the ability and confidence to support the team with any problems they might encounter. You will also be keen to learn about any new software and tools the team adopt, as there is a growing number of tolls within the team.
Preferred experience:
- Experience in help desk management/support role
- Providing ICT support within a Windows environment
- Troubleshooting Microsoft apps
- knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks, such as ITIL
- Troubleshooting Zoom
- Maintaining a fleet of iPhones
- Great communications skills
