About the Role:

As Instructional Designer you will lead the design and development of learning solutions through a variety of channels, including face-to-face, digital etc. You'll ensure that instructional recommendations are efficient, effective and fit for purpose.  

You will create learning materials for both internal and external users, for new products, product releases, whole new systems.
 
You'll be able to dentify target audience’s training needs and create engaging eLearning materials to meet these needs, as well as stakeholder needs are met.

Skills & Experience:

• Able to create E-learning or training material
• Some experience in storyline or another, similar authoring software
• Experience in creating online webinar content suitable for both internal & external customer training
• Excellent knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design theories
