We are looking for people who can work 5 days per week 7.5 hours per day between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
What we’re looking for - A people person to join our Help Desk team.
- People who can provide excellent customer support to our clients.
- Good technical and analytical skills.
- Previous experience working in a customer support or similar based role.
- A knowledge of payroll or software would be an advantage, but not essential.
What does the job involve? - Responding to and answering phone and email queries quickly and professionally
- Investigating and problem-solving issues for customers
- Entering accurate notes into our CRM database
- A sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail.
