You’ll enjoy working from their Lower Hutt based office with flexibility to work from home (Or fully remote option if you are based elsewhere in NZ).

We are looking for people who can work 5 days per week 7.5 hours per day between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday.

What we’re looking for
  • A people person to join our Help Desk team.
  • People who can provide excellent customer support to our clients.
  • Good technical and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience working in a customer support or similar based role.
  • A knowledge of payroll or software would be an advantage, but not essential.
What does the job involve?
  • Responding to and answering phone and email queries quickly and professionally
  • Investigating and problem-solving issues for customers
  • Entering accurate notes into our CRM database
  • A sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail.
