Role Purpose

The purpose of the Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is to create excitement about the company's product as an integral part of their growing, passionate and supportive sales team. You will generate and qualify leads, having initial conversations with new and low-touch customers.

You will need second-to-none communication skills and the smarts to be able to tailor your communication style and content on the fly depending on how your conversation is going. We don't like to micromanage, so you'll need to have initiative and be able to think on your feet.

We're looking for someone thick-skinned and tenacious, with real energy and drive to grow through the ranks quickly. A good development path and excellent career progression opportunities are on offer here.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead generation is your main responsibility, moving leads through a sales pipeline, developing new business leads.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the Account Executive to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans.
- You will be highly organized, spending a lot of time making phone calls and getting a foot in the door setting up meetings with key decision makers.
- You will be a driven problem solver, identifying potential clients and building relationships with prospects. You will demonstrate impeccable communication skills, with a focus on lead generation and strategic outreach.
