About the Role:
This role involves strategic campaign management with a focus on customer retention and product integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various marketing initiatives targeting both domestic and global markets across different customer segments. The campaigns aim to reduce customer churn, promote essential service extensions, and enhance visibility and tracking of operational assets.
List of Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and synchronize digital and print campaign strategies.
- Drive customer adoption
- Prepare creative communication concepts and oversee the production and execution of campaigns.
- Communicate the advantages of the company's resources and capabilities to maintain market leadership.
- Coordinate with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop suitable marketing strategies.
- Develop resources and training for sales teams to effectively sell the service.
